Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to the Vexor website, launcher, native client, module catalog, marketplace, and related community services. By using Vexor, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to accept these terms and meet the age requirements that apply where you live. You are responsible for activity through your Discord-linked account and paired launcher sessions. Do not share access credentials or approve pairing codes you did not request.
Permission and responsible use
Use Vexor only in local worlds, test environments, and servers where you have permission. You are responsible for following Minecraft’s terms, server rules, and applicable law. A server may reject commands, correct movement, restrict modules, suspend accounts, or take other enforcement action.
You may not use Vexor to distribute malware, steal accounts or data, attack services, bypass access controls, harass others, or interfere with another person’s device or gameplay. You may not misrepresent yourself as Vexor staff or use the service to facilitate unlawful conduct.
Modules and marketplace content
Vexor may offer first-party and community-made modules. Community creators retain ownership of their original work while granting Vexor the permissions needed to host, display, scan, distribute, and promote submitted content. Creators must have the rights to everything they submit.
We may review, reject, remove, disable, or restrict modules that are unsafe, misleading, infringing, abandoned, incompatible, or harmful to the community. Marketplace availability does not guarantee that a module is error-free, suitable for every server, or compatible forever.
Updates and compatibility
Minecraft updates can change internal game behavior without notice. Vexor aims to support the latest Minecraft for Windows release and targets a turnaround of no more than one day, but compatibility timing is a goal rather than a guarantee. We may disable risky or outdated functionality while it is being verified.
Software license
Subject to these terms, Vexor gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service and distributed client builds. You may not resell Vexor, remove notices, impersonate an official build, or redistribute proprietary components unless we give written permission.
Third-party services
Vexor uses services such as Discord and Cloudflare and operates alongside Minecraft for Windows. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. Vexor is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect Vexor, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using Vexor at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Vexor is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not promise uninterrupted service, permanent compatibility, or acceptance by third-party servers. You are responsible for backing up important data and deciding where and how to use the client.
To the extent permitted by law, Vexor and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, account action by third parties, or loss arising from community modules.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after revised terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using Vexor.
