Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Vexor is a Minecraft Bedrock client, launcher, module catalog, and community marketplace. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the Vexor website, sign in, pair the launcher, or participate in the marketplace.
Information we collect
Discord account information
When you choose Discord sign-in, Discord provides your account ID, username, display name, and avatar. Vexor does not receive or store your Discord password. Discord access tokens are used only to complete sign-in and are not stored as launcher credentials.
Launcher and session information
We create one-time pairing requests, short-lived access tokens, rotating refresh sessions, device names supplied by the launcher, approval status, and session timestamps. This lets you securely connect and revoke a Vexor launcher session.
Technical information
Our infrastructure may record IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events in standard server and Cloudflare logs. We use this data to operate the service, investigate abuse, and keep Vexor reliable.
Marketplace and community information
If you submit a module or marketplace listing, we may store the files, listing details, creator name, screenshots, support information, and moderation history you provide.
How we use information
- Authenticate accounts and securely pair launcher sessions.
- Operate the module catalog, marketplace, downloads, and support.
- Protect Vexor, its users, and community creators from abuse or malicious uploads.
- Diagnose errors, improve performance, and communicate important service updates.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Cookies and local storage
The website uses a session cookie for sign-in, security, and launcher approval. The launcher stores its rotating refresh credential using Windows user-level protection. We do not use advertising cookies.
Sharing and service providers
We share information only as needed to run Vexor, comply with law, or protect the service. Discord provides account authentication. Cloudflare may process traffic and security information. Hosting and database providers process application data on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain account and session information while it is needed to provide Vexor, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Expired launcher attempts and sessions may be removed. We use access controls, hashed secrets, encrypted transport where available, limited database access, and rotating authentication credentials. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may sign out, revoke launcher sessions, stop using the service, or ask us to review or delete account information, subject to legitimate security and legal retention needs. You can contact the Vexor team through the official Discord.
Children’s privacy
Vexor is not directed to children under 13. If your local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent for online services, you must meet that requirement.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Vexor develops. The date above will change when we publish a revised version. Material changes may also be announced in Discord.
